We come to you. We walk through every room, listen to your plans, and get a feel for what your house needs and when you need it.
Design & Plan
Then we get to work: a plan for every room, what stays, what goes, what moves where, which paint color would help, and the decor that pulls it all together.
Transform & Sell
We show up with the furniture and decor, style every space until it feels right, and come back for pickup after you sell. Your only job is signing the papers, and maybe celebrating.

The sweet spot for most sellers: we do the hands-on work in the spaces buyers care about most, and style the rest of the house so it all feels pulled together.

- Furniture and decor for staged spaces
- Styling of existing furniture in remaining spaces
- Rental period of 45 days (each additional two weeks $250)
Elevated

Transformed, styled to sell.
The whole house, done. Every room, the entry, even the patio or porch, styled top to bottom so buyers have nothing left to wonder about.

- Access to contractor list for updates & repairs
- Full staging for up to 7 spaces, 4 bathrooms, entry, and outdoor patio or porch
- Furniture and decor throughout staged spaces

- Extended rental period of up to 60 days (each additional two weeks $200)

Frequently asked
How long does staging typically take?
Most homes come together in 1 to 3 days, depending on the package and how big the house is. We'll work around your timeline so everything is picture-perfect before your listing goes live.
What happens to the furniture after my home sells?
We take care of all of it, you won't have to lift a finger. Signature includes a 45-day rental period, and Elevated gives you up to 60 days. If your home sells fast, fingers crossed, we'll pick up whenever works for you.
Can I apply my consultation fee to a staging package?
Yes! The $150 Curated fee is credited in full toward any Signature or Elevated package. Think of it as your first step, with the cost going where it counts.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in the Cincinnati area and serve Warren, Butler, Clermont, and Hamilton Counties in Ohio, plus Northern Kentucky.
