L&R Style & Sold Co started with a simple idea: houses sell better when they feel like home. We're two friends who love design and love people, and we put both to work helping sellers show their houses in the best possible light.
Meet Marti
Marti Lawson
Home Staging Expert · Co-Founder
Marti grew up on the Westside of Cincinnati and has called Maineville home for the past 20 years. Before L&R, she spent 25 years in the dental field, where she learned something that stuck with her: taking care of people is her favorite thing to do. That, plus a lifelong love of design, is what led her here.
As co-founder of L&R Style & Sold Co, Marti brings both her staging eye and her real estate experience to every house she walks into. She knows what buyers notice, what turns them off, and how to make a home's best features impossible to miss. She serves Warren, Butler, Clermont, and Hamilton Counties in Ohio as well as Northern Kentucky.
When she's not staging, Marti is usually traveling, cooking, or thrifting for her next treasure. She and her husband have a blended family of five grown boys, a second home on Lake Cumberland in Kentucky, and two dogs, Archie and Autumn, plus Purrl the cat. The cat, naturally, runs the place.

Meet Robyn
Robyn Rhein
Team Lead · Home Staging Expert
Robyn leads one of Cincinnati's top-performing real estate teams and has been in the game for more than 20 years. She started in real estate in 2004, got her license in 2010, and worked her way up from Director of Operations to leading her own team.
In 2025 alone, Robyn closed 76 transactions totaling more than $34.2 million in sales volume. After years of watching what great staging does for a home, how it shows, how buyers respond, and how much more it ends up being worth, adding staging to her work felt like the most natural step in the world. Even better, she gets to do it alongside Marti, her friend and business partner of more than 10 years.
Outside of work, Robyn's favorite role is being a wife and mom. You'll most likely find her with her husband and daughter, or wandering the aisles of HomeGoods "just looking," and somehow leaving with a cart.
